Attention Property Owners in Dennis Brewster & Wellfleet
The Dennis Board of Selectmen, working in conjunction with TRI-The Resource Inc. and Bailey-Boyd
Associates (a private corporation), is seeking qualified applicants for a potential Dennis Regional
Housing Rehabilitation Program for year-round residents of Dennis, Brewster & Wellfleet. The
funding would be provided by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community
Development and would provide a 0% interest, deferred, forgivable loan to make critical repairs to
your home. The program is designed to improve the housing conditions of income-qualified
households. If you are interested in participating in this program, please fill out this Preliminary
Application and return it to our office. If funding is secured, you will be notified.
