AN ORDINANCE RELATING T'0 MUNICIPA.L LICENSES; AMENDING
SECTION 4-1-6 OF' THE VILLAGE CODE OF MCCALL., IDAHO, TO
INCREASE RETAIL BEER LICENSES; AND AMENDING SECTION 4-
9-4 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, INCREASING
RETAIL WINE LICENSES. .
BE IT ORDAINED BY ,THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l.' That Section 4-1-6 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
4-1-6: LICENSE FEES: For the purpose of this Chapter
the year shall commence the first day of January. Each
license issued shall expire at midnight on the thirty
first day of December following its issuance.
Retailer' s license fee for the sale of beer within the
,T4--Ilage City_;shal;l be as follows:
(A) Where such retailer sells draft beer and bottled
or canned beer, or draft beer only, or bottled beer
only, or canned beer only, and which beer is consumed
on' the premises where sold the license fee exacted is
and shall be seventy -fere dallars J$qS-99}7 two
hundred dollars ($200 . 00) .
(B) Where such retailer sells bottled or canned ,beer,
none of which .is consumed .on the premises, the annual
license fee exacted is and shall be twenty the
de+lags -{$2S799} fifty dollars ($50 . 00)..
Said license fee shall be for one year or any portion
or. part of a year, which said license fee shall .be in
addition to any and all other license fees required by
any other provision of this Code.
Section 2. That Section 4-9-4 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
4-9-4 : LICENSE FEES: Each wine by the drink licensee
shall pay to the City of McCall, Idaho, .a license -fee
of ane hundred da11ars i$199:99} two hundred dollars
($200. 00) per year or any portion thereof, for each
premises for which such a license is issued.
