ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR
AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS; AMENDING SECTION 1-8-3
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO, INCREASING THE
SALARY OF THE MAYOR; AMENDING SECTION 1-8-4 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, INCREASING THE SALARY
OF MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL; AND DECLARING AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINEDIBY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That Section 1-8-3 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be , and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows :
1-8-3 : SALARY OF MAYOR: The salary of the Mayor of
the City shall be ewe-kttded- fy two hundred fifty
dollars +$159799} ($250 . 00) per month.
Section 2 . That Section 1-8-4 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows :
1-8-4 : SALARY OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS : The salary
of each member of the Council shall be seventy-five
one hundred twenty-five dollars {$75-99} ($125 . 00)
per month.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after January 1, 1982 .
