AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE McCALL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT;
IMPOSING TAXES UPON AIRCRAFT FUELS DELIVERED TO SAID
AIRPORT; FIXING TAX RATES AND DESIGNATING TIME OF
PAYMENT THEREOF AND TO WHOM PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE;
IMPOSING AIRCRAFT TIE -DOWN AREA RENTAL FEES; FIXING
SUCH FEES, DESIGNATING TIME OF PAYMENT THEREOF AND
TO WHOM PAYMENT THEREOF SHALL BE MADE; PROVIDING THAT
TAXES AND FEES COLLECTED HEREUNDER SHALL BE PAID TO
THE CITY CLERK AND DEPOSITED INTO THE CITY GENERAL
FUND;. DIVIDING ITINERANT TIE -DOWN AREAS BETWEEN FIXED
BASE OPERATORS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES. OR PARTS
THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby imposed a_;tax•on all aircraft
fuels delivered to the McCall Municipal Airport, which tax
shall be in the amount hereinafter -Set forth opposite the
different kinds of aircraft fuel, to -wit:
Aviation gas $0.04 per gallon
Jet Fuel $0.06 per gallon
Section 2. All aircraft fuel taxes imposed by;this
Ordinance shall be paid by, the.distributor'd.elivering such
fuel.to the McCall Municipal Airport, to the Airport Manager
at each time such fuel:is delivered to said airport.
Section 3. There is hereby imposed aircraft tie -down
area rental fees at the McCall Municipal Airport, which fees
shall be in the amount hereinafter set forth opposite the
type of area of tie -down, 'to -wit:
Hard surfaced tie -down areas:
All other tie -down areas:
$15.00 per month each
$ 7.50 per month each
. Section 4. All aircraft tie -down area rental fees
imposed by this Ordinance shall be paid by the month, to
the Airport Manager.
Section 5. All taxes and fees collected by the Airport
Manager under this Ordinance shall be remitted by him to
the City Clerk at least once per month and shall by the Clerk
be deposited ;.n the City General Fund.
Section 6. Itinerant tie -down areas shall be divided
as nearly equally as possible between the fixed base operators
at the McCall Municipal Airport.
Section 7. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed..
Section 8. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect on and after S .1/1981.
