AN ORDINANCE RELATI7G TO BUILDING PERMITS, AMENDING
S ECTION 2-1-14 OF TaE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 424 OF THE CITY OF McCALL
P ASSED AND APPROVED MARCH 2, 1981, EXTENDING THE TIME
FOR COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AUTHORIZED BY A BUILDING
P ERMIT TO 180 DAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
S ection 1. That Section 2-1-14 of the Village Code
of McCall, Idaho, as amended by Ordinance No. 424 of the
City of McCall passed and approved March 2, 1981, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
2-1-14: EXPIRATION, SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF
P ERMITS: Each permit issued under this Ordinance
shall expire if the work or building authorized by
t he permit is not commenced within one hundred
twenty -4+20+ eighty (180) days from the permit date,
o r if the work or building authorized by the permit
o nce commenced is thereafter suspended or abandoned
for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days. Sus-
pended or abandoned work for which the original permit
h as expired, shall be recommenced only after the issu-
ance of a new permit therefor A building permit,
issued by mistake, issued on the basis of incorrect
information supplied or issued in violation of any
S tatute, regulation or provision of this Code, may be
suspended or revoked by written notice to the permitee.
