AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF
MCCALL, IDAHO, TO EXCHANGE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BELONG-
ING TO SUCH CITY AND NOT ,USED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES;
SETTING A DATE FOR SUCH EXCHANGE; DESCRIBING SAID REAL
PROPERTY; SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING UPON SUCH PROPOSITION;
. AND SETTING FORTH THE TERMS UPON WHICH SUCH EXCHANGE
SHALL BE MADE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of McCall,
Idaho, does hereby express its intention to exchange certain
real property of the City of McCall, which said property is
not used for public purposes and is more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land in the NE4 NEQ of Section 9, T.18N. ,
R. 3E. , B.M. , Valley County, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the section corner common to Sections
3, 4, 9, and 10, T. 18 N. , R. 3 E. , B.M. , Valley County,
Idaho, thence S. 0001140" W. , along the section line
common to said Sections 9 and 10, 416. 00 feet to a
point; thence S. 89059120" W. , along a line parallel
with the section line common to said Sections 4 and 9,
25. 00 feet to the real point of beginning; thence
continue S. 89059120" W. , 329. 00 feet to a steel pin;
thence N. 0001140" E. , 169. 46 feet to a steel pin;
thence S. 62045 ' E. , 369. 97 feet to the real point of
beginning. Said tract of land contains 0. 64 acres more
or less, subject to easements of record or in use.
Section 2. In the event that no objection is made to
said exchange in the form and in the manner as provided by
law, such exchange shall be made at 5: 00 o'clock P.M. ,
Monday, July 11, 1977, at the McCall City Hall.
Section 3. A public hearing shall be held upon the
above propostion which said hearing shall beheld at the
City Hall in the City of McCall, Idaho, on Monday, the 6th
day of June, 1977 , at the hour of 7 : 00 o'clock P.M. of such.
day.
Section 4. Such exchange shall be made for other real
property at the ,McCall municipal golf coui;se of simi,14r
character and of approximately the same value. A, copy of
the appraised value of such property is on file in the.
office of the City Clerk and is available for public inspection.
