AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO DOGS; AMENDING SECTION
5-4-14 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, TO
PROVIDE THAT IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY OWNER,
POSSESSOR OR PERSON IN CHARGE OF ANY DOG TO PREVENT
IT FROM BECOMING A PUBLIC NUISANCE; AND DEFINING
SUCH NUISANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 5-4-14 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, shall be and is hereby amended to read as
follows:
5-4-14: NUISANCE: It shall be unalwful for any
owner, possessor or person in charge of any dog
to fail to exercise proper care and control of such
dog to prevent it from becoming a public nuisance.
Excessive, continuous or untimely barking, molesting
passersby, chasing vehicles, habitually attacking
other domestic animals, trespassing upon public or
private property in, such a manner as to damage the
property, including but not limited to defecating
and urinating thereon, shall be deemed suc• -.isance.
