I h4, Ifo° ORDINANCE NO. 372.6 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS AND TERRITORY TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF McCALL; PROVIDING BENEFITS, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SUCH ANNEXED TERRI- TORY; AMENDING THE CITY MAP OF ZONING AND CLASSIFYING SUCH LANDS UNDER THE ZONING ORDINANCE; PROVIDING THAT A MAP OF SUCH ANNEXED AREA BE PREPARED AND FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK; REQUIRING A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE AND MAP TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY ASSESSOR AND COUNTY RECORDER OF VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, AND WITH THE STATE TAX COMMISSION OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THF;. CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO: Section 1. That the following described lands and territory located in Valley County, Idaho, which lands and territory are adjacent; or contiguous to the City of McCall and have been by School District No. 421 requested to be annexed to the City off McCall, be, and the same are hereby annexed to the corporate territorial limits of the City of McCall: A parcel of land situate in the SIINW 4, Section 15, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the quarter corner common to---Section-s----1-5- and 1S, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County., Idaho; thence North 0°25' East 10.00 feet along the line common to Sections 15 and 16 to the real point of beginning; thence North 0.°25' East 980 feet along said section line; thence South 89°47'0818 East, 1760 feet on a line parallel with the South line of the NWS of Section 15; thence Soutp. 0°258 West, 980 feet on a line parallel with theWest line of Section 15, to a point 10.00 feet North of the South line of the NWS of Section 15; thence North 89°47'08A8 West, 1760 feet on a line parallel with the South line of the NW a of Section 15. to the point of beginning, containing 39.60 acres, more or less.. Section 2. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance -all property included within and described in 11 Section 1 hereof, and annexed .aprovided by said section, shall be subject to all the statutes pertaining -to -the City of McCall and all ordinances, resolutions, police regulations, taxation and other powers of'.the "City of McCall, and all persons and property within said lands and territory so annexed shall be and are entitled. to ,all benefits and rights as are the persons and.proper.tywithin the present corporate territorial limits of the City of McCall. Section 3. That the map of zoning of the City of McCall be and hereby is amended to include the above described lands which such lands are hereby classified as Zone "H" Public School District. Section 4. That the City Engineer of McCall, his agent or such person as appointed by the Council, is hereby directed to lodge and file with the City Clerk of McCall within ten (10) days after the passage and approval hereof a map pre- pared in draftsmanlike manner which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries of the lands and territory annexed, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 hereof. Section 5. That the City Clerk of McCall is hereby directed to file within ten (10) days after the passage • and approval hereof a copy of this Ordinance and the map, as prepared and lodged with him by the City Engineer in accordance with Section 4 above, with the County Assessor and County Recorder of Valle' County, Idaho, and the State Tax Commission of Idaho as provided by Section 632215, Idaho Code, and Section 50-223, Idaho Code. Section 6. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica- tion and after the City Clerk of McCall has complied with the provisions of Section 50-223, Idaho Code.
