AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CITY SEWER; AMENDING SEC-
TION 8-4-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO,
INCREASING MONTHLY SEWER CHARGES; AND AMENDING SECTION
8-4-5 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, INCREASING
THE FEE FOR SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION OF CONNECTION
TO THE CITY SEWER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 8-4-2 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
8-4-2 SEWER CHARGES: The City shall charge and the
user shall pay monthly for sewer service the fol-
lowing rates, to -wit:
For each Class A use, Seven ($7.00) Dollars per month;
For each Class B:use,::Seven ($7.00) Dollars per month
or sixty (60%) percent Of the charges for City water .
service, whichever. is.. greater,
Section 2. That Section 8-4-5 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
8-4-5: CONNECTION;. INSPECTION FEE; DISPOSITION OF
FUNDS: Before any connections shall be made to the City
sewer system, a permit therefor shall be obtained
from the Water Master upon payment of One Hundred Fifty.
Dollars ($150.00) Supervision and Inspection Fee
and thereafter such connection to the 'City Sewer System
shall be made at the expense of the person desiring
such connection and the same shall. be made under the
supervision'of the 'Water Master and such. connection
shall not be covered until final inspection and
approval by the Water Master. All fees collected by
the Water Master hereunder shall be remitted by him
to the City Clerk and. by the Clerk deposited in the
general fund of the City.
