AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS
OF THE McCALL CITY COUNCIL; REPEALING SECTION 1-4-1
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO; AMENDING CHAPTER
4 OF TITLE I OF THE VILLAGE' CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, BY
THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION .TO 1-4-1, TO PROVIDE A
PLACE FOR THE HOLDING OF REGULAR MEETINGS -OF THF McCALL
CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.. That Section.1-4-1 of the .Village Code
'of McCall, Idaho,. be and the same.is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Chapter. -4 of:Title I of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho; be. and the saMe:is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of anew section to be known and desig-
nated 1-4-1 and to read as follows:
1-4-1: REGULAR.MEETINGS: Regular meetings of the
Council shall be held on the first Monday of each
month in the'building known as'the New City Hall on
Park Street next to the McCall Public Library, except
that when such regular meetings fall upon a legal
holiday the same shall be held. on the _following busi-
ness day.
