DEFINING RUNAWAYS; MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE TO BE A RUNAWAY; MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO AID, ENCOURAGE OR HARBOR A.PERSON WHO IS A.°RUNAWAY; AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THIS: ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO: Section 1. Runaway, as defined in this Ordinance is any person unc'.er the age of Eighteen Years of age who has left home, place of abode or custody of parents, 'guardian or legal custodian of said person, without the knowledge, permission or consent of the parents, guardian or legal custodian of said person. Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person under. the age of eighteen years of_age, living or found in McCall, Idaho, to run away from the -parents, guardian, or•legal cus- todian of -said person. Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any -person to aids. harbor or encourage any person who is a runaway. Section 4. Any person who violates the provisions of. this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not • more.than $300.00 or by imprisonment of not more than six months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprison- ment.
