AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN STREETS IN McCALL, IDAHO,
AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH STREETS WHEN VACATED SHALL RE-
VERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,: AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Myrtle Street in Lakeport Addition to the
City of McCall, according to the official plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Recorder of Valley
County, Idaho, and that portion of Thula Street lying be-
tween Lot 1, Block 2 and Lot 1, Block 3 of said Geelan
Addition, shall be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said;streets above vacated and des-
cribed, shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real
estate, one half on each side thereof.
