AN ORDINANCE RELATING ATO PLANNING AND ZONING; REPEALING
TITLE III OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MICA -LL, IDAHO; AMENDING THE
VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL1, IDAHO, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW
TITLE III; CREATING THE McCALL PLANNING COMMISSION, PROVIDING
FOR QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS, TERMS OF OFFICE, FILLING OF
VACANCIES, ORGANIZATION, COMPENSATION, REPORTS, MEETINGS,
.AND DUTIES, REQUIRING CITY DEPARTMENTS TO COOPERATE THEREWITH,
DESIGNATING PROBLEMS TO BE SUBMITTED THERETO, PROVIDING FOR
.ITS RELATIONSHIP. TO OTHER BOARDS,WITHHOLDING AUTHORITY TO
SPEND MONEY; CREATING A ZONING COMMISSION AND DESIGNATING
THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION SHALL BE THE ZONING COMMISSION,

BE IT ORPAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Title III of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 20 That the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, be
and the same is hereby amended by ~the addition thereto of a
new title to be known and dc -;.c n ted as Title 3 thereof and
to read as follows:

Section 3. The Provisions of ' this ordinance are hereby
declared to be sevelrahle and if any provision of this ordi-
nance or the application of such provisions to any person or
circumstance is declared invalid for any reason such declar-
ation shall not effect the validity of the remaining portions
of this ordinance.
