• AN ORDINANCE-AMENDINGORDINANCE NO. 385 OF THE -CITY
• OF- McCALL,'IDAHO-,'PASSED AND APPROVED'JULY 2, 1979,'
REGARDING THE VACATING.OF..CERTAIN STREETS IN McCALL,
IDAHO; VACATING CERTAIN STREETS; AND PROVIDING THAT
SUCH STREETS WHEN VACATED SHALL REVERT TO CERTAIN.
.OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -MAYOR AND COUNCIL -OF. THE
CITYOFMCCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That Section.:1 of said Ordinance'No. 385
shall be and the same is -hereby amended to read as'follows:
Section 1... Myrtle Street in:Bakepert Geelan Addition
to "the City -of McCall, Idaho, according -to the official
plat thereof on file.and of record in the office of
the' -Recorder of. Valley County," Idaho, and that portion
of Thula Street "lying between Lot 1, Block 2., -and Lot
1 of Block 3 of -said Geelan Addition; shall be and
the same are hereby vacated:-'"
Section 2. That Section 2•of said Ordinance No. 385
shall be and the same. is hereby. amended -read as follows:
Section 2. -.That title to said Myrtle Street above
vacated shall revert.to the owner of -the -adjacent
real estate on the'South side of such vacated street.
'.Section 3. That .said Ordinance No. 385 shall -be and.
is hereby amended.by the -addition of a new section 3 thereto
t� read as follows:
Section 3. That said Thula Street above vacated and
described shall revert. -to the owners of the -adjacent
real estate :orie: half ;ozi: each side thereof.

ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 385 OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO; PASSED AND APPROVED JULY 2, 1979,
REGARDING THE VACATING OF CERTAIN STREETS IN McCALL,
IDAHO; VACATING CERTAIN STREETS; AND PROVIDING THAT
SUCH STREETS WHEN VACATED SHALL REVERT TO CERTAIN
OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section '1 of said Ordinance No. 385
shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. _Myrtle Street in Lakepert Geelan Addition
to the City of McCall, -Idaho, according to the_official_
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of
the Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, and that portion
of Thula Street lying between Lot 1, Block 2, and Lot
1 of Block 3 of said Geelan Addition, shall be and
the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That Section 2 of said Ordinance No. 385
shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. That title to said Myrtle Street above
vacated shall revert to the owner of the adjacent
real estate on the South side of such vacated street.
Section 3. That said Ordinance No. 385 shall be and
is hereby amended by the addition of a new section 3 thereto
to read as follows:
Section 3. That said Thula Street above vacated and
described shall revert to the owners of the adjacent
real estate one half on each side thereof.
