ORDINANCE NO.39
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN STREET IN McCALL,
IDAHO,. AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH STREET WHEN VACATED
SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of the Warren Wagon Road in
the City of McCall, Idaho, more particularly described as
follows, be and the same is hereby vacated, to -wit:
A parcel of land in Section 8, Township 18 North, Range
3 East, B.M., in Valley County, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the West quarter corner of Section 8,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M.; thence North
0°05° West a distance of 547.25 feet to a point on the
North right of way of the State Highway; thence along
the North right of way of the State Highway South
73°44' East a distance of 1,140.41 feet to the real
point of beginning; thence North 15°36°29" West a
distance of 370.34 feet to a concrete right of way
marker on the East side of Warren Wagon Road; thence
southerly a distance of 546.74 feet along a curve to
the left which has a radius of 666.3 feet and a central
angle of 47°00154" and the long chord of which bears
South 37°27'30" East a distance of 531.53 feet; thence
North 73°44° West a distance of 232.95 feet to the real
point of beginning. Said area being 0.387 acres.
Section 2. That said street above vacated and de-
scribed, shall revert to the owner of the adjacent real
estate . •
