AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO LIQUOR; AMENDING CHAPTER 2
OF TITLE IV OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, ,IDAHO, BY AD-
DING A NEW SECTION THERETO TO BE NUMBERED 4-2-10;
AUTHORIZING LIQUOR -CATERING PERMITS; ESTABLISHING
QUALIFICATIONS THEREFOR; AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO
APPROVE OR DENY APPLICATIONS UPON ADVICE AND RECOM-
MENDATION OF THE. POLICE DEPARTMENT; REQUIRING CITY CLERK
TO REPORT DECISION ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS TO THE NEXT
MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND PROVIDING A PROCEDURE
FOR APPEALS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Chapter 2 of Title IV of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, shall be and is hereby amended by
the addition of a new section thereto to read as follows:
4-2-10: LIQUOR CATERING PERMIT: Liquor catering
permit requirements shall conform to the provisions of Chapter
9 of Title 23 of the Idaho Code; provided, however, that the
City Clerk shall have the authority to approve or deny such
permit applications upon the advice and recommendation of
the City Police Department. All decisions of_the Clerk
shall be reported to the City Council at the next regularly
scheduled Council. meeting after such decision and any person
aggrieved by the Clerk's decision may appeal the same to
the City Council by filing. Notice of Appeal with the City
Clerk within ten (10) days of his decision.
