AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKING; AMENDING SECTION 7-7-
13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO TO DELETE
THEREFROM THE PROVISION FOR THIRTY MINUTE PARKING
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF TWO O'CLOCK (2:00) A.M. AND SEVEN
O'CLOCK (7:00) A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 7-7-13 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
7-7-13: ALL NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED: It shall be
unlawful for any person to park a vehicle upon City
streets or alleys ter a pefi®e of time lengeff than
th ffty 439} minutes between the hours of two o'clock
(2:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of any day,
except physicians on emergency calls.
