AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING; CHANGING ZONE CLASSI
.FICATION OF CERTAIN.PROPERTY; AND AMENDING THE "MAP OF
ZONING" AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ENDORSE SUCH
CHANGE ON SAID MAP'.
WHEREAS, proper notices of•hearing having been
given and appropriate hearings thereon having been held as
required by. law, by the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission
and'the McCall City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Zone classification of the follow-
ing described premises shall be and is.hereby changed from
Zone "A Residential to Zone "C" Commercial, to -wit:
A tract of land'in the Southeast Quarter of the North-
east Quarter of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 3
East, Boise Meridian, more particularly described as
follows
From a point on the West boundary line of said South-
east Quarter of the Northeast. Quarter of Section 7,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East,Boise Meridian,
intersected by the South boundary line of. the State
Highway right of way; thence in a Southeasterly direc-
tion along said South boundary line of said State
-H.ighway right of way, a distance of 122 feet to the
point of beginning; thence South 0°15' East, a distance
of 150 feet; thence North 89°35' East to a point 250
feet. distant from said West boundary line of said
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
7, Township 18 North, Range 3 East; Boise. Meridian;
thence North 0°15' West to said_South boundary line of
said State Highway right of way; thence in a North-
westerly direction along said South boundary line of
said-State,Highway right of way to'the point of be-
ginning;
AND
A tract of land in the Southeast .Quarter of the North-
East Quarter of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 3'
East, B.M. in Valley County, Idaho, more particularly.
described as follows:
Starting at the Southwest corner of said subdivision
thence North along the West line of said subdivision a
distance of 450, feet; thence East parallel to the South
boundary of said subdivision a distance of 230 feet to
the real place of beginning; thence North parallel. to
the West boundary of said subdivision a distance of 200
feet; thence East a distance of 20 feet; thence North
parallel to the West boundary of said subdivision to
the South line of Highway 55 right of way; thence
Southeasterly along said right of way a distance of
240 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of
Dempsey Eddins' property; thence South a distance of
280 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of L. L.
Helmich property.; thence to the point of beginning.
Section 2. That the .Zone classification of the following
described premises shall be and is.hereby changed from Zone "A"
Residential to Zone"B" Residential, to -wit:
A parcel of land lying in the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast -Quarter of Section 16, Township.18 North, .
Range 3 East,Boise Meridian, -being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Quarter corner= (a brass cap) common
to Sections -9 and 16; thence South 00026137" West,
a distance of 374.19 feet to a point; thence North
89°09'51" East, a distance of 400:00 feet to a point;
thence South 00°26'37" West, a distance of 741.29
feet to an iron pin, and the true'point of beginning;
thence.North 89°09'51" East, a distance of 225.42 .
feet to an iron pin; thence North'00°26'37" East, •a
distance of 71.70 feet to a point; thence North 61°.
30'00" Vest, a distance of 58.72 feet to a point;.
thence North 13914'32" West, a distance of 141.91'
feet to a. point; thence.',South 89°09'51" West, a distance
of 40.00 feet to a point; thence, North 00°26'37" East,

Section 3. That the Zone -classification -of the follow-
ing described premises shall be and is hereby changed from
Zone "A" Residential to' Zone "C' Commercial, to --wit:
Commencing at a stone marking.Northwesterly corner
of the Southeast Quarter,,.Northeast Quarter, Section 7,
Township 18 North, Range:.3 East-, B.M.; thence South
0°09'. East along the Westerly boundary line of said
SE4NE4, 69.24 feet (shown of record to be 68.8 _feet)
to a steel pin on the Northerly right of way line of
State Highway 55; thence along said right of way line
on a curve'to the left with a radius of 2785.0 feet
(shown of record to be 2795.0) a central angle 'of 7°
39'21" and whose long chord bears South 50°42'14"
East -371..86 feet to a steel pin,- the real point of
beginning; thence continue. along said right of way line
on a curve to the left with a radius of 2785.0 feet..
a central angle of .7°03'14" and whose long chord bears

Section 4. That the Map of Zoning of the City of McCall,
Idaho, be, and .the same is hereby amended to include the Zone
classification changes hereinabove made and the City engineer
is hereby directed to endorse such Zone changes on said map.
