ORDINANCE NO. 302
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BOYDSTUN
DRIVE IN JASPER SUBDIVISION; AND PROVIDING
THAT SUCH ROADWAY WHEN VACATED SHALL REVERT
TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That portion of Boydstun Drive in Jasper
Subdivision in the City of McCall, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows , to-wit:
That portion of Boydstun Drive situate, lying
and being between Block B and Block E of Jasper
Subdivision, according to the official plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of
the Recorder of Valley County, Idaho;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2 . That said portion of Boydstun Drive herein-
above described shall revert to the owners of the adjacent
real estate.
