CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO
ORDINANCE NO. 303
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
CITY COUNCIL; AMENDING SECTION 1-4-1 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MCCALL, IDAHO, AND DESIGNATING
REGULAR MEETING TIMES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 1-4-1 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, shall be, and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows :
REGULAR MEETINGS: Regular meetings of the Council
shall be held on the first Monday of each month
in the building known as the City Hall, except that
when such regular meetings fall upon a legal holiday
the same shall be held on the following business day.
