ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
IN BLOCK 14 OF MCCALL'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE
TOWNSITE OF McCALL; DESCRIBING THE SAME; AND
PROVIDING THAT SUCH ALLEY WHEN VACATED SHALL
REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL
ESTATE, ONE HALF ON EACH SIDE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That portion of the alley in Block 14 of McCall' s
First Addition to the Townsite of McCall according to the offi-
cial plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described
as follows , to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northeasterly
boundary of Lot 8 of said Block 14, with the
Northerly boundary of said alley in said Block 14;
thence across said alley in a Southeasterly direc-
tion to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 13 of said
Block 14; thence in a Southwesterly direction along
the Southerly boundary of said alley to the end
thereof at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 20 of
said Block 14; thence in a Northwesterly direction
across said alley to the Southwesterly corner of
Lot 1 of said Block 14; thence in a Northeasterly
direction along the Northerly boundary of said alley
to the place of beginning;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of said alley in said Block
14 hereinabove described, shall revert to the owners of the
adjacent real estate, one half on each side thereof.
