That the City Engincer. of McCall , his- agent or such person as appointed by the Council, is hereby directed to lodge and file with the City Clerk of McCall within ten (10) days after the passage and :approval hereof a map prepared in draftsmanlike manner which shall plainly and clearly designate thO- boundaries of the lands and territory annexed, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 hereof. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance, all property included within and described in Section 1 hereof, and annexed as provided .by said section, shall be subject to all the statutes pertaining to the City of McCall and all ordinances , resolutions , police regulations , taxation and other powers of the City of McCall , and all persons and property within saidlands and territory so annexed shall be and are entitled to all benefits and rights as are 41, the persons and property within the present corporate terri- torial limits of the City of McCall. Section 3. Section 4. Section 5 . That the City Clerk of McCall is hereby directed to file within ten (10) days after the passage and approval hereof a copy of this Ordinance and the map, as prepared and lodged with him by the City Engineer in accord- ance with Section 4 above, with the County Assessor and County Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, and the State Tax Commiss- ion of Idaho as provided by Section 63-22157 Idaho Code, and Section' 50-2237 Idaho Code. Section 6. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica- tion and after the City Clerk of McCall has complied with the provisions of Section 50-2237 Idaho Code.
