That the City Clerk of McCall is hereby directed to file within ten (10) days after the passage and approval hereof a copy of this Ordinance and the map, as prepared and lodged with him by the City Engineer in accord- ance with Section 4 above, with the County Assessor and County Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, and the State Tax Commiss- ion of Idaho as provided by Section 63-22157 Idaho Code, and Section' 50-2237 Idaho Code. Section 6. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica- tion and after the City Clerk of McCall has complied with the provisions of Section 50-2237 Idaho Code.
