AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 5-4-3 AND 5-4=13
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, RELATING .
TO LICENSE FEES FOR UNSPAYED FEMALE DOGS AND
KENNEL LICENSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.- That Section 5-4-3 of the Village Code
of McCall, Idaho, ' be and 'the same is hereby amended to
read as follows :
5-4-3 : LICENSE; TAG: The owner or person in
charge of any dog,, male or female, shall before
the first day of January of each year, pay to
the Treasurer the sum of three dollars ($3.00)
for each male dog and for every female dog which
has been spayed, and the sum of ten dollars ($10.00)
for any female dog which has not been spayed as a
license tax upon such dog. The Clerk. shall furnish
with each receipt . a-metal tag which shall be stamped
with the number to correspond with the number of the
receipt and the fiscal year for which . issued. In
case a dog is brought within the Village within the
dog license year as herein designated, the owner
or person having such dog in charge shall pay the
Treasurer the amount as specified in Section 5-4-2.
The Clerk shall keep a suitable record of the re-
__�__ - ---ceipts_ issued under the provisions of- this Ordinance. -
Section 2. That Section 5-4-13 of the Village Code
of McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows :
5-4-13 : KENNEL FEE: . Any person who shall, at any
one time possess , ' harbor, keep -or be in charge. of
three (3) or more dogs over. six (6) months of age
shall in addition to the license fees provided in
this Ordinance, pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00)
per calendar year as and for a kennel fees
