AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE CSFs ICIAL
PLAT OF THE TNOMP r)N-WOOLEY ADDITION NO. 2, OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING THAT A
COPY -OF THIS ORDINANCE; BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY
ASSESSOR AND THE COUNTY RECORDER OF VALLEY
COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, Lakcfores t Enterprises, a Partnership, has"
Petitioned the City of McCall to vacate a portion of Thompson-
Wcoley 'Addition No. 2 of the City of McCall, Idaho, which peti-
tion was referred to the McCall Zoning Commission and upon hear-
ing held 1 ur _ uaact= :cc, due and regular rcticc thereof the said
Zonirq Commission recommended to the City Council cf McCall

ORDINANCE NO. 323
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE OFFICIAL
PLAT OF THE THOMPSON-WOOLEY ADDITION NO. 2, OF
THE CITY OF McCALL,!IDAHO; AND PROVIDING THAT A
COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY
ASSESSOR AND THE COUNTY RECORDER OF VALLEY
COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, Lakeforest Enterprises, a Partnership, has
petitioned the City of McCall to vacate a portion of Thompson -
Wooley Addition No. 2 of'the City of McCall, Idaho, which peti-
tion was referred to the McCall Zoning Commission and -upon hear-
ing held pursuant to due and regular notice thereofthe said
Zoning Commission recommended to. the City Council cE McCall
that such petition be granted and upon public hearing being held
by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall upon notice duly
and regularly given according to law, and no objection being
made thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a portion of the official plat of the
Thompson -Wooley Addition No. 2 to the City of McCall,. Idaho,
be, and the same is hereby vacated, which such portion of
said addition so vacated is more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10,•11 and 12 of block 4, Lots 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Block 2, All
of Block 6 and all of Block of Thompson -Wooley
Addition No. 2, according to the plat thereof
filed of record in the office of the County
Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, together with
all easements, roadways, and rights of way ad-
jacent to said lots .
Section _2. That the City Clerk of McCall is hereby
directed - to file within ten (10) days after the passage and
approval hereof a copy of this ordinance with the County
Recorder and County Assessor of Valley County, Idaho.
Passed and approved this 30th day of July, 1973.
