ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-7-13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MCCALL; REGARDING PARKING-;
PROHIBITING PARKING ON ALL CITY STREETS BE-
TWEEN THE HOURS OF 2 :00- A.M. AND 7:00 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED- BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL_
OF THE CITY OF McC°ALL , ;,IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 7-7-13 of the Village Code
of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows :
117-7-13: ALL NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED: It shall
be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle upon
city streets or alleys for a period of time longer
than thirty (30.) minutes between the hours of 2 :00
A.M. and 7:00 A.M. of any day, except physicians
on emergency calls."
