ORDINANCE NO. 327
AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO PARKING; AMENDING CHAPTER
7 OF TITLE VII OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MCCALL,
IDAHO, BY ADDING SECTION 7-7-13A THERETO; RESTRICT-
ING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Chapter 7 of Title VII of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding Section 7-7-13A thereto, to read as follows :
7-7-13A: RESTRICTED PARKING:
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a
motor vehicle for a period of time longer than
two (2) hours between the hours of 8 :00 A.M.
and 6:00 P.M. of any day, on the following
streets in the City of McCall, to-wit:
Lake Street, between First and Third Streets ;
Lenora Street, between First and Third Streets ;
Park Street, between First and Third Streets ;
First, Second and Third Streets between Lake
and Park Streets:
