ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING; REPEATING CHAPTER
1 OF TITLE III OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL,
IDAHO; CREATING A ZONING COMMISSION; DESIGNATING
THE McCALL PLANNING COMMISSION AS THE McCALL
ZONING COMMISSION; AND DEFINING THE POWERS AND
DUTIES OF SUCH ZONING COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Chapter 1 of Title III of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2: ZONING COMMISSION CREATED: There is hereby
created a Zoning Commission for the City, which commission
shall be known as the McCall Zoning Commission..
Section 3: PLANNING COMMISSION TO BE ZONING COMMISSION:
The McCall Planning Commission shall be, constitute and act
as the McCall Zoning Commission, which such combined commission
may be referred to as the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission.
Section .,4: POWERS AND DUTIES: The McCall Zoning Commission
shall administer the zoning ordinance of the City of McCall and
shall have the power and duties promulgated by the Mayor and
Council of the City of McCall and the Statutes of the State of
Idaho.
Passed and approved this lst day of April, 1974.
