AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHkPTER 8 OF TITLE VII OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO , CONCERNING
IMPOUNDED VEHICLES ; MAKING IT A MISDEMEANOR TO
TAMPER WITH, ATTEMPT TO REMOVE OR TO REMOVE
IMPOUNDED VEHICLES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Chapter 8 of Title VII of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, is hereby amended by the addition
of a new section thereto, to be numbered 7-8-6 and to
read as follows :
7-8-6 : PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS : It shall be un-
lawful for any person to tamper with, attempt to
remove or remove from the place of storage, any
vehicle impounded by the McCall Police Department
under the provisions of this Chapter and any per-
son convicted thereof shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not
to exceed $300.00 or imprisonment in the county
jail for a period of six (6) months or both such
fine and imprisonment.
