AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO SUBDIVISIONS ; ADOPTING
THE SUBDIVISIONS REGULATIONS FOR VALLEY COUNTY,
IDAHO , AS ADOPTED BY VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO ,
MARCH 31 , 1970 ; EXCEPT AS REVISED, DELETED AND
ADDED TO AS HEREIN PROVIDED; AND REQUIRING THE
CITY CLERK TO KEEP ON FILE THREE COPIES OF
SUCH ORDINANCES DULY CERTIFIED BY HIM FOR USE
BY THE PUBLIC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF McCALL AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the Subdivisions Regulations for
Valley County, Idaho, adopted March 31 , 1970, be and
the same are hereby adopted by reference , save and ex-
cept as revised, deleted and added to as hereinafter
set forth.
Section 2 . That said revisions , deletions and addi-
tions to such ordinance above referred to are as follows :
1. Wherein it states "Board" or "Board of County
Commissioners" it shall mean "City Council. "
2. Wherein it states "Valley County" or "County"
it shall mean "City of McCall" or "City. "
3 . Wherein it states "Valley County Planning and
Zoning Commission" it shall mean "City of McCall
Planning and Zoning Commission. "
4. Wherein it states "County Engineer" it shall
mean "City Engineer. "
5 . Wherein it states "Valley County Recorder" it
shall mean "Valley County Recorder. "
6. Wherein it. states "County Engineer (Surveyor) "
it shall mean that County official appointed by
the Board of County Commissioners to check plats
and make surveys , maps and plats as ordered by
the Board.
7. Wherein it states "County Assessor" it shall
mean "County Assessor. "
8. Page 3 , Section 115-1 , change "unincorporated"
to "incorporated. "
9. Page 3 , Section 115-2 , delete "except land
used exclusively for the production of agriculture
products , where divided into parcels of five , (5 )
acres or more, or" .

10. Page 3 , Section 120, delete the entire
section.
11. Page 4, Section 130-4, change "unincorporated"
to "incorporated."
12. Page 4, Section 130-8 , delete "Any incorporated
municipality within Valley County" and replace with
"The City of McCall, Idaho."
13. Page 4, Section 130-11, delete "whose duties
are those of the County Road Superintendent as
defined in the Idaho Code and."
14. Page 4, Section 130-11, delete "other. "
15 . Page 5 , Section 130-29, change "Deed or Trust"
to "Deed of Trust. "
16. Page 5 , Section 130-29, Exceptions--delete
paragraph (b) .
17. Page 7, Section 210-12 , delete "and notation
that filing fees have been paid shall be placed on
the form."
18. Page 7, Section 215-1, delete "except that the
exterior tract dimensions and boundaries must be
based on an actual survey made .by a registered
engineer or registered land surveyor."
19. Page 7, Section 215-7, delete entire sub-section.
20. Page 8, Section 215-8, delete entire sub-section.
21. Page 8, Section 215-9, delete entire sub-section.
22 . . Page 8, Section 215-10, delete "and blocks."
23. Page 8, Section 225-1, delete entire section.
24. Page 9 , Section 230-1, change "six (6)" to
"three (3 )" in two places.
25. Page 9 , Section 230-3 (b) , delete entire sub-
section and replace with "The City Superintendent
for review of utility plans."
26. Page 9, Section 230-3 (c) , delete entire sub-
section.
27. Page 9, Section 230-4(a) , delete entire sub-
section.
28. Page 11, Section 240-5 , delete entire sub-section.
29. Page 11, Section 240-6, change "Chairman of the
Board" to "City Clerk."
30. Page 12 , Section 245-3 (e) , delete "in each block,
and each block lettered or numbered. "
31. Page 12 , Section 245-3 (h) , change "block" to "lot."

32. Page 13 , Section 250-1(b) , delete entire subsec-
tion.
33. Page 13 , Section 250-1 (d) , change "Chairman of
the Board" to "City Clerk. "
34. Page 13, Section 250-1 (d) , change "Commissioners"
to "Council. "
35. Page 13 , Section 255 , delete "County Assessor
and County Engineer. "
36. Page 15 , Section 310, change 11400 and 900" to
11300 and 600" .
37. Page 16, Section 315-4, delete " (urban district)" .
38. Page 16, Section 315-4, delete all of this sub-
section beginning with word "schedules" and replace
with "Zoning Ordinance."
39. Page 16, Section 315-5 and 315-6, delete entire
sub-sections.
40. Pages 16 and 17, Section 315-7(c) , (d) , (f) and (g) ,
delete entire sub-sections .
41. Page 17, Section 315-8, change "as follows" to
"in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance" and delete
entire sub-sections (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) (e) and (f) .
42 . Page 18, Section 320-6 (f) , delete entire sub-
section beginning with word "designed-----" and re-
place with "shall not be permitted. "
43. Page 18, Section 330-1, delete "upon and across
lots , or" and replace with "inside the front and rear
lot line and" .
44. Page 19 , Section 405-2 , add a comma after "road, " ;
delete "and" ; add "and utility" after word "street."
45. Page 19 , Section 410-1 (a) change "recreational"
to "low density" and delete all words after "subdivisions. "
46. Page 19, Section 410-1 (b) , change "suburban" to
"medium density" and delete all words after "subdivisions."
47. Page 20, Section 410-11(a) , add "X" under Standard E.
48. Page 20, Section 410-11(b) , delete entire sub-
section.
49. Page 20, Section 410-11 (c) , add !'Xs" under
Standard B, C, D and E.
50. Page 20, Section 410--11 (d) , delete entire sub-
section.
51. Page 21, Section 410-11(h) , delete entire sub-
section.
52. Page 21, Section 410-11 (i ) , Change "Rural" to
"Urban" and add "X" under Standard E.

65. Page 23 , Section 505-1 change "unincoporated"
to "incorporated."
66. Page 24, Section 505-3 , delete entire sub-section.
67. Page 24, Section 505-7, change "he" to "the."
68. Page 25 , Section 715 and 720, delete entire sections.
Section 3 . That the City Clerk shall- keep on file
three copies of the Valley County Ordinances above referred
to, duly certified by him, for use and examination by the
public.
