AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF THE
MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
IDAHO; . AMENDING SECTION 1-8-3 OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF McCALL INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE .
MAYOR TO $150.00 PER MONTH; AMEATDING ' SECTION
1-8-4 OF THE McCALL VILLAGE_ CODE INCREASING
THE SALARY OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS TO $75.00
PER MONTH; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
, . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.' . That Section, 1-8-3 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, shall be and 'the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
1-8-3 SALARY OF MAYOR': ' The . salary of the Mayor
of the .City shall be one hundred fifty ( $150.00 )
dollars per month.
Section 2. That Section 1-8-4 of the Village Code of
McCall,-Idaho,- shall be and the same is hereby amended to
read as: follows:
1=8-4 SALARY OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS: The salary of
each member of the Council shall be seventy five
. ($75.00) dollars per month.
Section 3 . This ord finance shall be in full force and effect
from and after- January -1, 1976:
