1. Call to Order
9:10am by JoAnna Keeley

2. Approval of Minutes of March 18, 2019 Meeting
Motion: to approve as presented: Campbell-Runyon/O'Connor
Vote: Unanimous
3.Treasurer Report
a) Discussion:Report on expenditures so far by Keeley. Because of questions surrounding grant
term, discussion deferred for additonal information. Special meeting on April 29`h to review and
approve all expenditures.
b) Discussion: Sales of OCD materials: On April 27th during Art Week events, we wll have a table
at the Old Firehouse to sell OCD swag. Shifts:
11-1: Bonnie
1-3: Gail
c)Reimbursement for website expenses by Rhyno:
ci)$229.50 for webhosting fees
cii)$50.33 for two domain names (a third to be approved next month)

3.Subcommittee reports
4.Signage (Hartford/Feltus)
5.After touring around town, the Signage Committee recommends the following locations for
OCD signs:
6.East Orleans on island at intersection of Main St, Beach Rd & Barley Neck Road
7.Cranberry Highway at Jeremiah Square
8.Rt 28 at Monument Rd (Church of the Holy Spirit)
9.OId Kings Hwy & Eldredge Pky near white fencing
10.5W corner of Rock Harbor Rd catty-corner to Capt'n Cass's
Motion: To accept these locations and check with George M. if they are possible O'Connor/Fel-
tus

2.Map Revisions (Keeley/ Campbell-Runyon)
3.Progress continues on improvements to the Kid n'Kaboodle mural, include it on map although
will not be done
4.The Eye Spy Map is being featured on NPR as an Art Week event
5.We have enough Eye Spy Maps for Art Week
6.Businesses on the Cultural Map need to be double checked
7.Cape Cod Tech will be designing and printing the new map
8.Final decisions on maps to be held for April 29 meeting

10.Nominating Committee (Keeley, Hartford, Feltus)

12.No nominations forthcoming but will pursue as needs to. We should also consider advisory
members if someone is needed for a specific purpose
7. OCD District Name Modification (O'Connor)
Discussion: What needs to be done to make this happen?The BoS has already voted on our
logo for trademark, which says OCD instead of OCVD, so it has been approved. Per Luis's e-mail,
he needs a letter from the town administrator. JoAnne is going to talk to George M. about the
best ways to proceed politically
