AN -ORDINANCE RELATING TO ,SUBDIVISIONS ; PROVIDING
FM-"'PRIVATE STREETS IN 'SUBDIVISIONS ; ADOPTING
THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 3-74 PASSED AND
APPROVED THE 15tbDAY OF OCTOBER; 197.4, BY THE
BOARD OF COUNTY. COMMISSIONERS .OF VALLEY COUNTY,
IDAHO; AND' PROVIDING 'FOR CERTIFIED COPIES OF
SUCH ORDINANCE TO BE ON FILE IN- THE OFFICE OF
THE CITY CLERK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND - COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF Mc CALL, IDAHO,, AS :,FOLLOWS,:,
Section 1. Adoption of County Ordinance : There is
hereby adopted for the purpose of providing for establish-
ment of . private roads , .streets and ways within - 'subdivisions
in the City of McCall, Idaho, that certain Ordinance No.
3-74 passed and approved the 15th day of October, 1974, by .
the Board of County Commissioners - of ,-Valley County; Idaho,
of which- not less than three copies have been "and now are
on file ' in the office of the City Clerk, -and.. the provisions
thereof are .hereby made a part hereof - as- if fully set forth
at length herein'.
Section 2. Reference to ".Valley County, Idaho" .and
"Valley County Commissioners" : Wherever the words "Valley
County, Idaho" and "Valley County Commissioners"appear in
said ordinance the same shall be deemed to read the "City .
of McCall" , and whenever the words "Valley- County Commis-
sioners" appear therein- the same -shall -be- deemed to read
the !'Mayor and Council' of the - Cit ' of McCall." '
