The Town of Brewster, MA is seeking a qualified planning consultant/firm to complete the process
of developing a Local Comprehensive Plan (LCP). Request for Proposal documents may be
obtained by email to Donna J. Kalinick, Assistant Town Administrator/ Procurement Officer,
dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov. Price and Non-Price Proposals are to be separately sealed and
properly identified on the outer envelope with the applicant’s name and address and delivered to:
Assistant Town Administrator/ Procurement Officer, Donna J. Kalinick, Brewster Town Hall,
2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631, by February 24, 2020 by 2:00 p.m. The contract and its
award process resulting from this RFP are subject to the Uniform Procurement Act pursuant to
M.G.L. c. 30B. Award of a contract resulting from this RFP shall be in strict accordance with the
requirements of the RFP.
