RESOLUTION NO. 2020-10-06
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR TOWN HALL AUDIO AND
VIDEO EQUIPMENT UPGRADES
WHEREAS, the current audio and video system falls short to effectively and reliably
accommodate web-based, remote accessibility to and with the public for public meetings due to
new accessibility measures implemented in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
WHEREAS, given economic uncertainty in 2020 and the upcoming ski season, the Town
has been cautious with expenditures related to capital projects and programs; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends upgrading and installing new audio and video equipment
to enhance the Town's ability to facilitate effective public engagement for the foreseeable future.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Manager is authorized to contract with Logic Integration for the purchase and
installation of new audio and video equipment. in the staff briefing in an amount not to
exceed $45,000.
