Good evening and Happy New Year,
I am requesting records which show all officers/deputies who retired, were placed on paid or unpaid administrative
leave, who were suspended, or fired from December 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
I am also requesting a facesheet or summary of all internal affairs investigations that were closed between December 1,
2017 and December 31, 2017. Please include summaries for ALL investigations, including, but not limited to internal
affairs investigations, citizen complaints, division level investigations and discipline review requests.
Please also include any disciplinary attachments along with the summary.
Lastly, am also requesting case numbers of all IA investigations that were opened from December 1, 2017 to December
31, 2017.
Please provide electronic copies if possible, and notify me in advance of any charges associated with the request.
