NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, February 26, 2020 beginning at 6 : 00
pm in the Brewster Town Office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following application will be
heard :
Special Permit and Site Plan Review Application #2020-01 : Applicant: Nature ' s Alternative , Inc . Owner:
Larry and Susan Lepard , Representative : Attorney Mark Boudreau , Boudreau and Boudreau , LLP for property
located at 1195 Long Pond Road and shown on Assessor' s Map 85 , Lot 111 in the Commercial High Density
(C - H ) and Residential Medium Density ( R- M ) zoning districts . The Applicant proposes to establish a retail
Recreational Marijuana Establishment pursuant to § 179- 11 , § 179-38 . 2 , § 179-51 , and § 179-64 of the Brewster
zoning bylaw. The Applicant is also seeking a special permit to use a portion of the residentially zoned area for
parking pursuant to § 179-5E of the Brewster zoning bylaw.
The plans and applications are available for viewing in the Planning Department at Town Hall Monday -
Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4: 00 pm. You may email comments to brewp/an@brewster-
