He said there is heavy landscape material along both side lot lines that may make the lot look more narrow than it is. The beach and dune vegetation will remain as is. The Board instructed Mr. Linares to include the detail for fencing the property along with the revisions he will be submitting. Fence Installation Mr. Wolf explained that the fence on the east side, along with the hedge material, had deteriorated to the point that it had to be removed and replaced. He said in so doing he had not applied for a new permit for this work and was not aware that the hedge material was to be planted on the outside of the fence.
