. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALARIES or OrrICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL.
E IT ORDAINED;By the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mc Call, I daho .
That all salaries of the village officers and employees of
the Village of 1LcCall,whether fees or otherwise, shall be
paif from the Village Treasury,upon warrants drawn therefor,
signed by the - Chairman and countersignei by the Village Clerk,
upon demand therefor by the proper parties.
Section 2. The' Village Attorney shall receive for his servicess,the
sure of sixty dollars per annum, .hen the s: me is not fixed
by contract.
section 3. The Village Clerk,as such Clerk,ex—oificio C&lector and
Auditor,sh%11.be entitled to the sum of ten dollars per
month.
Secton I.
Section 4. The Chief of Police shall receive for his services the sum�, j
of seventy five dollars per month, —Then the NIT service is not 65
reglated by contract.
Section 5. That the assistant police shall receive such sums for
service3 rendered as the trustees may from time to time
dee.ide upon.
