AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2012 -2013 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO, INC, for the 2012-
2013 License Term by the following:

WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and reconnnends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2012 -2013 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and d to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2012-
2013 License Term to Jahanzaib Z. Janjua and Som Nath Verma.
