2eetion I.
That the following d.mcing is declared immoral and against
the p ace.,welrare and good government of the Pillage of McCall
• to -wit; Raging, Turkey Trot ,Bunny Hug,Tango,Texas Torny,G,/
n
and all other kind of dancin,irrespective of its kind or
name,which is immoral in its character,lijentious or degrading
is hereby prohibited.
Section 2.
Ariy person or persons who shall carry on or participate in NUN
such dancing as is prohibited by this ordinance within the aw`
Tillage of Mi;Call,shali upon conviction thereof,be punished
by a fine .of not less that Five Dollars,and not more than
One Hundred Dollars ,for each and every offense.
In all eases where a fine shall be imposed upon ary person
for a violation of this ordinance,and the fine is not paid
by such person,he or she shall be imprisoned in the Yillag
jail,not less than one day for each one Dollar and Fifty
Cents of such fine and costs.
