AN ORD..NANC.., VACATING AND DISCONTINUING FOR THE USE OF THE OREGON
SHORT LINE RAILROAD COMPANY, A PORTION OF LE.NORA
STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF MC CALL -
FOR DEPOT GROUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Oregon Short Line Railroad Com any is con-
! struct1ng ancl has constructed n line: of railroad frocr, Emmett to Mc
call, Idaho, and contem:?lates establishing at lc Call, Idaho, a
station with necessary tracks, buildings and other facilit.es for
conducting ^ railroad business; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of Such station will be per:nanq.
ent and of substantial benefit to the village of lc Call, Boise
County, Idaho,
BE 1T ORL AIMED by the Chairman and. Board of Trustees of the
vi l loge of lc Call:
Section 1. That a portion of Lenora Street in the village
of c Call be, and the same hereby is closed and vacated, and all
travel by the public thereon is hereby ?rohibited, and the exclus-
ive right to occupy and use the same for railroad pur)oses is hereby
granted to the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, its successors
and assigns.
That this vacation shall aPoly to all that portion of Lenora
Street in the town of ..c Cail, iaaho, lying east of Third. Stret
• and west of a straight line dra' n from the northeasterly corner of
Lot Eight (8) in Block Twelve (1: ) to the southwesterly corner of
Lit Fourteen (14) in Bloc?; one (1) as shorn on the recorded plat of
the f:r_ct addition to the town of lc Caii, Idaho.
Section That the Oregon Short Line Railroad Co;n._aany is
granted the right to construct, operate and maintain a railroad de:oo
on said. grounds vacated in said village of Mc Call together with all
fj the rights and Privileges therewith connected.
