PLACING A LICENSE TAX THEREON.

3e it ordained by. the Chairman and 3oard of Trustees of the Village
of McCall3oise County, Idaho.
That Section i,of Ordinance No.7.,relating to license tax,which
was passed and approved on the 4th day of June I9I4,be and the
same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
There is levied and shall be paid to the Pillage Clerk,of the
Pillage of McCall,for general revenue purposes,a license tax,for
which a license must be obtained before commencing or continuing
business within the limits of the village of McCall,for the purposes
hereinafter named,for which the Pillage Clerk must require the
payment ,as follows: (I)
From the proprletor or keeper of a saloon,the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ,per annum, orb iaction. trier of .
From the proprietor or keeper o�2a billiard.,pool,or other tables
on which games are played in the same building,the sum of Ten
Dollars,per annum, o r (' .action thereof.

From the proprietor or keeper of a bowling alley-�or shooting
gallery,the sum of Ten Dollars,per annum or Fraction thereof.

From the proprietor or keeper of a grocery store,dry goods store,

o veneral merchandise store,the sum of Fifteen Dollars,per annum,
or action thereof.

sum ofTen Dollars,per arulurn,oraction thereof.
