AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING cTRF'FET GRAPES IN THE VILLAGE
OF McCALL, BOISE COUNTY, IDAHO.
SIDE WALLS TO CONFORM TO ESTABLI,SJFn GRADES.
BE it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees,
of the village of McCall , noise County, Idaho.
Sec . 1.
That the following are hereby established as the
grades, made by C.T. Luck, a licensed surveyor and engineer, which
is hereby approved and established as the grades and elevation of
the several streets in the village of McOall , in Boise County, Tdaho ,
hereinafter named, to-wit:
At the intersection of. Lake and First St. , 5010.0 feet.

Sec. 2.
That the above are the elevations of the surface of the
streets as set forth in Section one of this Ordinance at, the intersec-
tions of their center lines. At each intersection, (excepting Lake and
Third Street) the four corners shall have the same elevation and the
center lines shall be horizontal across the width of the intersecting r
streets.

At. the intersection of Third. and Lake Streets (west), the
elevation XX 501 .0 feet is for the center line of Third Street at the
south line of Lake Street and for the center line of Lake Street at

the west line of Third Street. At the intersection of the center lines
the elevation is 5008 .6 feet• `thence the center line of Third Street `°-"

On all streets the grades shall slope uniformly between
points where elevations are hereby eGtablished.
On sixty foot streets, the crown shall be 0.6 feet
above the gutter and on eighty foot s4-reets the crown shall be 0.8
.feet above the gutter. The curb line, or outer edge of sidewalk,
shall be 0.2 feet above the crown. Eight foot site walks shall have
