AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2012 -2013 BUDGET (APPENDIX A — PERSONNEL
SCHEDULE) OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY COMBINING AUTHORIZED
POSITIONS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, ENGINEERING
DIVISION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2012 -2013 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby
amended by changing the personnel schedule by modifying the number of authorized Civil
Engineer I positions and Civil Engineer II positions from two each to a total of four.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
