Be it obtained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees
of the Village of McCall,County of BoiSe State of Idaho.
Section I.
license tax,approved June 4th I913,as amended by ordinance No.I5,
relating thereto,approVei August 7th I° I ,b ee and the sane is
hereby amended so as to read as follows:
There is levied and shall be paid to the village clerk,of the
Village of lcCa.11,for general revenue purposes,a license tax,for
which a license must be obtained before commencing or continuing
any occupation or business herein enumerated or named within the
limits of the Village of McCall,for which the Clerk must require
the payment, as follows:
(I)
From the proprietor or keeper of a saloon,either wholesale or
retail, a,t the rate of One Hundred Dollars per annuin.
(2)
From the proprietor or keeper of a billiard,pool or other tables
on which games are played in the, sane building the sum of $ /o' Uo

From the proprietor or Keeper of a bowling alley or shooting

From the proprietor or keeper of a grocery store,dry goods store,

or general merchandise store and dance hall,at the rate of $15.00

From the proprietor or keeper of a restaurant,butchershop,

Any person who commences or continues any business or profession
named in this ordinance without first procuring from the Village
Clerk,a license,shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this
ordinance,and on conviction tthereofishall be fined in any sum,
not less that five dollars,nbt exceeding fifty dollars.
