ORDINANCE NO. 15088
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
WITH LINCOLN UNIVERSITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an amendment to the agreement with Lincoln University pertaining to JCTV.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.

Amendment
This amendment made and entered into this � day of March, 2013, by and between the City of
Jefferson, a municipal corporation of the State of Missouri, and the Curators of Lincoln University.
The agreement dated August 29, 2007 is amended by the parties as follows
1. Paragraph 6 a. is deleted and replaced with the following:
"Compensation. City agrees to pay to Lincoln the sum of One Hundred
Ten Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($110,000.00) per year, payable in two
semi - annual installments."
In all other respects the contract dated August 29, 2007 shall remain in full force and effect.
