BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, Stockman Construction Corporation has become the apparent lowest and best bidder on the 300 Block of W. Ashley St (Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer) and 700 Block of Southwest Blvd. (Stormwater) project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The bid of Stockman Construction Corporation is declared to be the lowest and best bid and is hereby accepted. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Stockman Construction Corp. for the 300 Block of West Ashley Street (Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer) and 700 Block of Southwest Blvd. (Stormwater) project. Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
