BANBURY Fee: 0.� Ex-Officio Recorder Dep Index to: EASEMENT (Space Above for Recorder's Use) PERMANENT SEWER EASEMENT THIS INDENTURE, Made this 4 day of January, 2010, by and between The BASHAM FAMILY TRUST, hereinafter called the GRANTOR, and the CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, a municipal corporation, its agents, employees and contractors, hereinafter GRANTEE, WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by the GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents remise, release and forever QUITCLAIM unto the GRANTEE, and to its successors and assigns, a permanent easement for a sewer pump station and sewer lines heretofore constructed upon the premises hereinafter described and for the maintenance and repair of an emergency standby electrical generator and housing therefore together with the maintenance and repair of a roadway to provide ingress to and egress from such installation. The land affected by such easement is located in Valley County, Idaho, and is described in the attached document, Sewer Lift Station No. 8 Permanent Easement No. 1. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises together with the appurtenances, unto the said GRANTEE and to its successors and assigns forever. This grant shall be effective as long as said easement shall be used for the purposes above specified, and all right hereunder granted shall revert to the owners of the land when said use shall have been abandoned and discontinued for a term of five (5) years or longer. The GRANTEE shall at all reasonable tines have the right to enter upon the lands hereinabove described for the purpose of constructing, repairing, and maintaining said improvements, sewer pipelines and roads, doing as little damage as possible.
