AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DELETING FROM THE
CODE THE TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE TRAFFIC
WHICH IS NOW EXPIRED.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19 (Motor Vehicles And Traffic) Article IX (Temporary Restriction
of Pedestrian and Bicycle Traffic on Bridge and Approaches) is hereby deleted.

Bicycle. Every vehicle - propelled solely by human- power-upon which any person may ride, having-two

Motorized bicycle. Any two or three wheeled device having an automatic transmission and a motor with a

Commencing on March 1, 1998, and-continuing-through-October 1. 1998, during the bridge rehabilitation

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
