ORDINANCE NO. 2/ .
An ordinance fixing the time ane place of holding meetings
of the Board of Trustees of the Village or MOCall,and providing for
. the calling of Special meetings and repw.ling ordinance No. I.
Be it ordained by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village
of McCall,Idaho:

.,ection I. Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held
in the second story of the S.& S. ,building situated on lots No. 4,, e___.

Wednesday of each month,at 8 O'clock P.M.
( . Section 2. Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be cal
led at
any time by the Chairman.,or by any two members of said board ,at the place
of holding the regular meetings.
ifsection 3. Whenever the Chairman or any two members of the Board of
.rustees shall desire to call a special meeting of the board,he or they
. shall give written notice to the Clerk,stating that he or they have called
a special meeting of the Board of Trusteed and stating the time and object
Of such special meeting, It shall be the duty of the Clerk to notify
all members of the Board of Trubte«,s that :such special meeting of the
board have been called and the object as well as the disposition thereof,
shall be entered upon the minutes of the meeting.
Section 4. Ordinance No.I of the Village of McCall ,is hereby repealed.

Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after ,
